Dented Fridge

I bought a stove & fridge at House & Home for cash Saturday (25/05/2013) and was delivered Sunday 26th. After unwrapping the fridge I saw that It had dents on both left and right hand side. I immediately called the delivery people to take it back cos I think they were only 5 min away. They said they'll come back tomorrow cos they still have some deliveries. Monday 27th I call the store and they refusing to take it back on basis that Defy has to come and check it out first which dat might be tomorrow or Wednesday. I demanded that House & Home take back their fridge as I bought from them not Defy and they telling me about Rules & Contracts between them n Defy of which when I bought the goods I only had a contract with House & Home. They refusing to give me back my money I had paid, they saying I can use the fridge in the meantime. I don't want to use a faulty fridge that's why I bought a new one. Its amazing how these shops operate when you buy everything is quick but if there are issues there are waiting periods and procedures. If the fridge isn't sorted out by today latest tomorrow Midday, I'll personally take it and drop it at House & Home and I want my cash back.
