After ordering a bunch of items including 10 rugby for my u11 team, I received a phone call within 24hrs of placing my order explaining that their was not enough stock of the I ordered and with my permission they would be replaced with 10 of better quality and which cost more at no additional cost to me.
This is great service, 2 days later, I received my order and all accounted for as promised.
You guys are legend and by keeping this up you will ensure you have my customer loyalty any time. Well up guys!!!
