I have ordered some hard to find items (which they somehow stock) in the past and to my surprise received my order the following day. The next time I ordered from them the order was delayed for a week, I then emailed them and asked for a progress update, which I received within minutes, explaining in detail what happened and ensuring me a swift resolution, later in the day I received the email with the courier tracking number to confirm that the order has been sent. I have to say these guys are GREAT for any of your electronics needs!
