Online ordering. What online ordering?

Please tell me how is it that case number 90121 is resolved? I had a phone call from the Eldoraigne store owner/manager. What is head office doing with regards to the complaint?

According to the owner/manager you guys have been experiencing many issues where an order could not be processed online for whatever reason. I haven't received adequate reason why my order couldn't be processed and only received such communication 15 minutes after placing the order, receiving acknowledgement from the website of my "successful" order and you guys actually processing my Credit Card. (I did get a refund in the end)

Tell me something, even though Mr Delivery is horrendously expensive, they do somehow get it right when it comes to ordering online, how come it seems to be an issue with you guys?

My biggest issue was that I ordered food at 17:25 and expected delivery at 18:05. Obviously that didn't happen according to your 40 minute "guarantee". And you can't tell me why??? Tells me a lot about your so called 40 minute "guarantee".
