Wrongfully listed on the ITC

In December 2011 I purchased some furniture from Bradlows- Jubille Mall (Hammanskraal).
I paid off the account on the 8 March 2013, 9 Months in advance. Last week I went to Vodacom to purchase a phone, only to find out that I have been listed on the ITC for poor payment record.
The record showed that Bradlows was the one that listed me. Since the 10th December I have been battling to clear my name from the ITC. I have not received any urgent assistance from Bradlows. The only thing I have gotten so far is empty promises, rudeness and. This matter has been going around in circles since the 10th December 2013 and I am now very agitated.

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY IT IS TAKING BRADLOWS SO LONG TO CLEAR MY NAME, WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES IN THE WRONG.

I have been dealing with Lawrence Moyo of Jubille Mall Branch- Hammanskraal, who referred me to Leroy Francis of Randburg Branch (Customer Care Department) and Bongani Mnisi (Customer Care Department- Supervisor). Leroy has been very abrupt and rude to the point where he hung up the phone on me and did not even return any of my calls.
