Serious about customer service and loyalty!!!

I bought a Honda CRV in September 2012 from Honda west rand and took out the additional warranty. I have had a few issues with the car which has caused me some frustration. While none of these could have been foreseen by Honda when they sold me the car, my recent power steering pump problems was the last straw.

I decided to send an email to the dealer principle Colin Chipps to advise of the issues I had with the car. Although I knew Honda had no obligation to assist in anyway, to my surprise I received a call and follow up email from the used car sales manager Kamil Sarup. Since the part and labour far exceeded the amount my warranty covered, Kamil and Colin advised me that they will assist in getting the power steering pump replaced at no additional cost to me. While my vehicle was being repaired, I was also given a courtesy car to use.

I was completely blown away by the service received from these guys. This is definitely the kind of service that would keep me loyal to this brand. Thank you guys again, it is greatly appreciated. I will certainly be recommending all my friends and family to your dealership!!! You guys clearly understand the value of great customer service
