HORRIBLE SERVICE

I'm really off with service received from Edgars (Alberton City), yesterday, 18.12.13. I bought dirty takies for my son from Germiston, Saturday 14.12.13, not realising they were dirty, but any sane person could see the've never been worn, they just got dirty because of people trying them on, after the whole week of rain. When I went to exchange or return because they were small for my son, they were so rude and refused to take them. I went in store @ 12h15 and left @ 15h00. I dealt with Evelyn, who told me she does not have a boss, and that Edgars don't have a store Manager, she was so rude, Also spoke to to Lira at Customer Service (call centre) whilst in store who told me he was a Manager there and cannot help, Called complaints call centre, spoke to Ilsa who told me she was a Team leader, she was very sweet, but did not call back when promised. the stupid Queen the Departmental Manager was called she was worse, acted like a CEO, with stinking attitude who also told me she's her own boss and will not help I can go jump off the bridge if I want to. Then another stupid Quen's boyfriend Moeketsi (Customer Sxperience what what) was also called, they all refused to help.
