Disgusted at Edgars Customer Service!

On Sunday the 10th of February I went to Edgars to change a Guess top as their security tag made a hole in the top part near the sleeve. I had worn the top for a while when I notice the hole. The top was washed once before I wore it and once after I wore it for a while. So that I could exchange a clean top. I did not want the same top as all the security tags were in the same area. Queen refused to change the top as she had the nerve to tell me the top was dirty and they give the clothes to charity and they cant give dirty clothes to charity! I would love to challenge Edgars CEO to come see my house and how clean it is and my clothes. Compared to the clothes Edgars sells that have to be washed before we wear them. And Queen has the nerve to tell me Charity won't accept that Guess shirt. So I would love Edgars CEO please to show me ALL the clothes that go to charity. I would love to see their condition? I found that absolutely disgusting, unprofessional and totally against your so called "Consumer Policy".
