Exchange a tortoise toy as its faulty. I had a shirt with that I wanted to exchange. At the one branch I was informed that its too expensive to be exchanged without a slip its R999. at Trade route the teller told me that she can't exchange it as they do not receive those merchandise. I than call the customer service and they informed me that I can go to the nearest edgars to exchange it. She called her manager he scanned it and said its R3.89 than said they don't keep toys. I told him to put it on a gift card, he said he won't as the item shows R3.89 where do you find anything for that price. He refused to assist me. He called another manager we called cc they confirmed the price R389 the one manager than told the other that he will show me. He called security and they walked behind me and kept on harassing me. Than the one security guard accused me of when I showed her my items she did not apologize. I than left and went back she than pushed me and told me I will not go in the store and the security escorted me out of the shop as if I something this is very humiliating. I will get an attorney to pursuit this.
