Poor service and not willing to help

I went into egdars with my pair of shoes i bought for cash, unfortunately i lost my slip.i only wanted to exchange for onother item as they were ment for a wedding but never wore them. they are still in a box with a price tag. so they refused to exchange for me saying that they only exchange items which are R399 of less without a slip so mine was R599. manager had a stinking, bad attitude, unproffesional.he never even introduce himself and started asking me lot of questions as to where and when i bought the shoes. i dont remember the store as i travel a lot and bought lot of things in durban and cape town.he was so arrogant and made me feel like a criminal.he refused to lend me a store phone so that i can report him.so i laid a complaint using my cell at their complaints dept and they said they will call me and nobody call me.i put a complaint on their website and on monday i followed it up by phoning and they said it takes 48hrs to resolve.i spoke to their manager elsa els on wednesday to complain that i keep on phoning and no one is phoning me back.evertime they phoned it was a new person and had to repeat my story again and again.i spoke to about 6 people.its more than 48hrs.
