Having seen the advertising online and on TV stating "Buy 4 kids toys and receive the cheapest free", I purchased Christmas presents for my son totaling R1500. The order was processed without the discount and I immediately emailed Customer Care to query this. I received a call 48 hours later and was informed that some of the items I purchased did not qualify. I did see that there were "terms and conditions" and tried to find these to ensure my order qualified and I also looked on the product page for any other indications. There were none.
The agent promised to get a supervisor to call me back and to date I have not heard from Kalahari.
I am really unsatisfied with what I believe is false advertising and poor customer service.
