We went into Edgars and we were being helped by one of the staff members.
My wife made an unusual request and the staff member that was helping us started trying any trick in the book not to assist.
The two staff members then told her how to do the task and that she must do. She protested a little bit more and then the two staff members "forced" her to assist.
Initially i was quite put out by the attitude of the first staff member, however the other two ladies were absolutely amazing in getting the staff member to do her job.
I just wish that i had taken their names.
