Refusing to give service

On Saturday the 26 January i went to Edgards Active store at the Pan African Mall to go and do a new card as my old one was with my hand bag on Friday . i asked for the person responsible for issuing new cards was on lunch and she has no back up i should return after an hour and hour passed then i returned upon my return the cashier told me the accounts lady is gone to attend a personal emergency and i should go to another store in either Sandton or Greenstone because nobody will be attending to my queries . i asked for the store manager then i was told the store does not have a manager as my frustration grew i went to the security to confirm that the store does not have a manager which was a lair the store manager is the same person who laid to my face and told me the store does not have a manager and refused to give me service im very disappointed and angry with the treatment that i received in the store your staff should have a certain ethics and compliance rules that they fallow clearly they are not being taken serious by the staff at this store as they do as they please and treat customers like rubbish.
