Delivery of Damaged Furniture

My Fiance &I went to Furniture City on the 8th of June 2013, where we bought some furniture, The sales consultant was friendly and helpful until delivery should be made of the furniture. Firstly he gave us the wrong information on delivery times, secondly he didn't inform us about the fridge that we bought that there was no stock, when the furniture was delivered the dinning table was damaged by the drivers, no fridge was delivered and my wall unit doors is also halfway damaged. After spending almost R20k with them paid R1000 delivery charges this is the kind of service we got from Furniture City and no help from Morne the Branch Manager.
