OK furniture don't want to give me my fridge

Dear Sir/Madam
I need help, Here is my complain on the 22 December 2012 I bought the fridge at OK furniture in Senwabarwana (Bochum) and I was assisting by OK salesperson by the name Kingsley, I did everything with Kingsley fill up the form and I paid the money (R2100) to him for buying that fridge and he told me that they are going to deliver my fridge on the next day which was 23 December 2012 and they didn't deliver the fridge on that day. On the Monday of 24 December 2012 I went back to the store to find out why they didn't deliver my fridge and when I arrive there they told us that the guy (Kingsley) ran away with our money and they told us to go and open the case at the police station, here's the case number (). And after they told us to comeback on 27 December 2012, on that 27 December 2012 they told us to comeback on the next day which was 28 December 2010 to come and meet with the Ok Manager (Frans) and he told us we must wait till the police catch the man and he also promise us that he will keep us updated, even now we haven't got any update from him.
So I need you people to help me to get the fridge
