Brand New KIC Fridge - Not Working

I purchased a KIC fridge from OK Furnitures, Gezina, yesterday (12/03/2013). Paid for in cash. I got home and plugged it in, waited about 5 hours and it had not even started getting cold. I left it on for the recommended 12 hours as per the users manual but it still was at the same temprature as when I bought it. I went back to the store and informed the salesman, Jerry, of the issue. He then contacted KIC and he told me they would contact me today as I had not had the fridge a full day yet. Needless to say, KIC haven't contacted me. I then phoned the store and spoke to the assistant manager, Maryna de Bruyn, after having to explain my story to her telling her that I cannot sit without a fridge she then took my details and told me she would call me back. This was at about 11:30 this morning. It is now 17:30, and I have still not heard from her. I have contacted the store, telling them that they can come fetch the fridge and I want my money back only to be told that I will have to wait for people to pay cash for goods tomorrow before I can get my money back. I am disgusted by the lack of after sales service!!!
