Poor customer service

I went to pick n pay chatsworth today[18/12/2013] 4pm.
i purchased ARIEL LIQUID DETERGENT 1.5L [R65.99].
when i returned home i noticed that the ARIEL was not in my packets. i checked my till slip & saw that i was charged for it. i called the store & spoke to LETTISHA from customer care who took down my details & said she will call me back. when i did not receive a call back & called pick n pay chatsworth AGAIN! i spoke to LETTISHA again who told that they found the ARIEL on the till & the packer had forgotten to put it in my trolley & that they put it back on the shelf. i asked why was it put back when i was charged for it she said she does not know. she then told me that one of the days when im passing by i can come pick up the ARIEL from them. i told that i needed it urgently that is why i purchased it today! she said she will call me back . when she did call me back she said that the manager has left for the day & they do not know what to do. i called the pick n pay customer care line. i told them my situation. the lady i spoke to said she will call the store & call me back. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL!! AFTER WASTING MY AIRTIME! I DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT I PAID FOR!
