I purchased a fridge that was on promotion on the 2nd of february the sales consultant had informed me that they do not have stock of the fridge and that they are waiting for stock which should take 2 weeks today I gave the store a call to confirm if they will be delivering my fridge in this week he then informs me that they still don't have stock and that samsung also does not have stock so he can't do anything at this stage I asked why no one bothered to contact me to let me know that there has been a change since the last time I spoke to him he just said that he could call them and let me know I have yet to hear anything from him if this is the way furniture city conducts business then I really don't know firstly they promote an item they don't even have stock of then you get sales consultants that don't bother informing the customers about any updates regarding their purchases
