After phoning to enquire where my online order was after it did not arrive on date stipulated yesterday, I received an e-mail this morning stating my order had been cancelled without prior notification. With market trends favouring "online shopping", I find this kind of service unacceptable especially as these were gifts I was waiting for and tried to avoid last minute shopping.
