Pathetic online service

I am utterly disgusted with Edgars' online shopping service. online shopping is suppose to be quick and more convenient, with Edgars i don't find it convenient as i have to wait 2mnths for delivery after numerous calls and still no one has answers. no one has called me back as some as said or even emailed me with feedback. my first order i placed i only received after 1mnth. I've placed another order on the 21-11-2012 and still have not received it. ive been calling the call centre, no one can tell me when i will receive it. it was suppose to be Xmas gifts. if i do online shopping with any other company, i receive my items within max 3 days. Edgars should have a re-look at their online service or just stop it completely if they cant deliver on time or within a reasonable time frame. Waiting 2 months is just ridiculous. i love shopping at Edgars, cos i always find what i'm looking for and i always find my size in shoes and Edgars has a big variety for everyone to choose from.
