6 o clock in the evening No delievery

I stipulated to Woolworths online that I needed my shopping delivered between 2 and 5 on Monday (today). It is now 6pm in the evening the person waiting for the shopping had to leave.
I called the call centre and they kept me on hold for 10 minutes before they answered. It has now been 21 minutes on the line and they have now told me the driver doesn't have my order and they will deliver when someone is home again (during working hours) which is WEDNESDAY. All this after someone called at 1 o clock to tell me the order was ready and there was one subsitution.
The point of online shopping is to help those that don't have time to go to woolworths themselves. This is an absolute disaster - you have ruined my week and after 24 minutes on the phone I have now been told that Fourways Manager is too busy to speak to me and will call when he has a chance! Awesome
