UN-AUTHORISED EARLY DEBIT ORDER

I received an SMS today 18/12/2013 reflecting that my Debit Order which I authorised to go off my account each Month 30th actually debiting my account. When I called the Head Office I was told that it is standard procedure that all financial institutions have the right to debit ones account earlier in December as people get paid early. When I told the Manager that this is utter and that I wanted my money back into my account immediately, I had to prove that the money was actually debited or I could wait till the money reflected in their account. Never mind the fact that my Insurance debits are scheduled to go off and that the money in my account was actually put aside for that purpose. The condescending attitude is what irked me the most and the fact that they just debit ones account randomly at anytime even though I have an exemplary credit record and have good track record of how I have managed my Fullhouse account. This is pure and simple BEHAVIOUR. Had the sent out communication prior to doing this explaining why they randomly debiting ones account 12 days before the time then I would have made provision for the extra money in my account
