Unauthorised Debit On My Account

NUDEBT debited my account on the 19/11/2012 for the amount of 149, 99. I called their office and I was referred to Keegan as the person who can assist me. I called him and he promised to investigate the transaction and pay back my money. I then stopped the debit order. I called him days later after realising that the money was not deposited into my account and I got no feedback from him, but he stopped taking my calls and I NEVER received that money. On Saturday (25/05/2013) I received and sms from my bank stating that NUDEBT has debited my account again and this time the amount has increased to 399, 99. I have stopped this debit on my account, but the problem is that they will keep on debiting my account for different amounts again and again. I this need this company to remove my banking details from their records, I don't owe them anything. I need my money back TODAY and a guarantee that they will NEVER DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AGAIN!!!
