Credit record and IVF compromised

I am a customer now at Nashua Moble for 14 years. I have taken out another contract at nashua mobile for a Samsung S3 and Tablet. The devices are used and paid for by my sister but the debit order taken from my bank account because its on my name. In June there was a problem with the debit order reverting due to insufficient funds as she didn't pay the money into my account as promised and I ended up paying the account via EFT to salvage the situation. We had a quarrel and she told me from now on the account will be deducted from her bank account, which I did not believe because I never authorised or signed for this. At the end of July I checked with Nashua Moblile and the banking details had been altered without my consent. I went in to the branch where I was told Palesa authorised it because my sister showed a copy of my ID book and Molefi said its fine, he knows my family and it will be okay for her to do it. How can this happen?? She has a savings account that was opened a week prior, she is unemployed and no credit check was done to see if she is fit to take over the account and worse I NEVER AUTHORISED IT!! Its MY NAME, my Credit record but no one needs my signature???
