Mystery Credit increases

I can not even being to express my disappointment in the service from Edcon financial services. Twice this year my credit limit has been increased without my consent or signature and when I contacted the call center no one seems to know who this Caspar that approves my increases is. I can not believe that Edcon would increase my limit to a whopping R4500 when not so long ago they where threatening me with lawyers and blacklisting. My question now is how does the system determine the credit increases if a " bad payer" qualifies for an increase of R 15000!!!

To make matters worse when i want to decrease the credit limit I am told that credit increases are done manually, by WHO? because i have never applied for an increase and never will.
The service from financial services is poor and the call center staff is rude and impatient!

this very Ghost is also registering me for ALL the additional services that i never agreed to, like airtime and life cover!
