POOR SERVICE AT GAME SECUNDA

I SENT MY SONY LCD TV TO GAME FOR REPAIR ON THE 19th JANUARY 13. I REQUESTED THEM TO GET A TECHNICAL REPORT BEFORE THEY CAN REPAIR THE TV AS I AM REPAIRING THROUGH INSURANCE. I WENT TO GAME SEVERAL TIMES LOOKING FOR REPORT UP TO NO VAIL. TODAY I GOT A MAIL THAT MY TV IS AT STORE I MUST GO TO COLLECT IT. I CALLED MY INSURANCE TO EXPLAIN THAT THE SUPPLIER HAS REPAIRED THE TV WITHOUT SENDING US THE TECHNICAL REPORT, MY INSURANCE SAID WITHOUT REPORT THEY CANNOT PAY FOR MY REPAIR. I CALLED THE STORE AND ASK THEM TO GET THE REPORT AS PER INSURANCE REQUEST. SESI AND HER COLLEAGUE WERE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WITHOUT EVEN HELPING ME. I TOLD THEM THAT I AM COMING TO THE STORE TO GET MY REPORT WHICH THEY DID REQUESTED FROM SUPPLIER AT 16:11 TODAY. FEW WEEKS WHEN I GO THEY TOLD ME THAT THE SUPPLIER IS STILL WAITING FOR PARTS HE ORDERED TO FIX THE TV. TO MY SURPRISE TODAY LATE MY TV IS NO LONGER FIXED AS IT IS EXPENSIVE TO REPAIR IT. I DON'T KNOW IF GAME HAS STARTED TO PAY FOR CLIENTS COST, WHERE THEY HAVE TO DISTINGUISH WHATS EXPENSIVE OR NOT. I BOUGHT THE TV FOR 18000 IN 2010 FEBRUARY, I CANNOT USED 18000 FOR 4 YEARS ONLY.
