I bought a 39 inch JVC television LT39N510 . After about a year the television stopped turning on. I took it to Game Cresta and they were really really good about it and took it in and repaired it. 3 weeks later the tv did the same thing. I took it to Game Rosebank this time and the explained the situation and the lady called game cresta and they took it in. After 5 weeks I went to game to find out why this was taking long. They had the tv and they asked for R950. I said I never agreed [as i never did] to it and that they have a policy about 3 months after a repair. They claimed the supplier called me and said that I had agreed, which was a complete lie. After a fight they gave my television back. Less than a month later same problem and now I`m in Pretoria and I dont have the power to fight game and their suppliers again.
I`m dissapointed that Game would deal with such suppliers, who refuse to properly fix a problem. I`ve lost faith in Game`s flawless and end to end reputation.
