I handed my FiJiFilm Digital Camera JX520 at Game Eastgate 23/02/2013. The repair no is 0077/00025496, Friday 1/3/2013 Freddy from Nikon called me said how can I send a Fiji Camera to Nikon, I explained that I handed it in at Game Eastgate they were supposed to send it to the CORRECT supplier this was extremely poor on Game's part. I called the store to speak to othe Manager, they said it is Chatti, I left several messages with Victor then with Juctice. He did not bother to return my calls. I went into Game on 9/3/2013 Chatti was day off, I should speak to David. I told him my complaint and that I was not happy... he took me to the repairs told them to check where the camera is, it was still NOT collected from Nikon. He promised to call me on Monday 11/3/2013 he never did. Eventually the store called to say it would be R508 to repair, I rejected the repair, she said I need to pay the R150, David agreed the store will pay it. I received a sms 18/3/2013 stating Game Eastgate would like to inform you that you have accepted the repair charge from the supplier to the value of R180. I have had a bad experience, messed around I think Game Eastgate should honour this sms.
