Poor service

I purchased a Blackberry 9300 from Game about a year ago. The phone developed the dreaded white screen of death. As the phone was under warranty I returned it to Game for repair. I was advised three weeks later that there would be a charge as I had dropped the phone according to the service department. As a precaution when I handed in the phone to the service department I requested the service receipt personnel to examine the phone to check for any visible damage to it. I have confirmation from the said staff that there was no damage visible to the phone at the time of return for warranty repair. During a heated conversation with the manager of the store I was advised that as the phone was damaged no warranty repair would be allowed. I voiced my unhappiness with the assessment as the phone was definitely not damaged by me. The manager's response was to state that the phone would be re assessed. A reassessment would have no value at this point.. I have no idea whether the phone was damaged in transit as I have no control over their internal postage process. I will not be purchasing anything from Game in the future.
