I visited Gateway about two weeks back and attempted to enter Zara but was abruptly and rudely stopped at the entrance and loudly informed that there was a "No Trolley" policy in place. I was informed by the security that this is the stores new policy and he pointed to a minute sign at the side of the entrance. If no trolleys are allowed then put a LARGE NO TROLLEY SIGN BELOW THE ZARA SIGN SO WE CAN SEE IT. The store stocks children's clothes, where was I to leave my babies? Outside the store?
Yesterday I revisited the store without my trolley and was given my purchase in an ugly black bin bag with Zara lightly printed on the outside. I shop at what Zara would consider cheaper branding stores and receive better packaging and service. I need to return a dress that doesn't fit too well. forbid I endure any more of their arrogance on my return.
