I have beeen up & down with woolworths stores and their finance depart without help. All i want is a settlement for my credit card. No one seem to help me. Brownwyn was very chicky with me and even gave me an incorrect number saying it was their legal department. When I've called back the number it was their nationwide number. I have spent more than R500 last month on calls to WW. The money I owed to their CC was R2000, all of a Sudden when I call consumer friend they say it is R5980 which is ridiculous. When I was at WW store they have called the finance & the lady whom I talked to said I owe R23. After a while she said Mam pls call MBD because you are handed over. I am on debt review & it is my duty to call my creditors for my balances. I have paid up all the other account except for WW. I was also promised that Sharon from their legal dept will call me back. The balance accrues and no one calls me. How do I deal with woolworths and their unhelpful staff? This is crazy and I have been paying woolworths since. how do I get helped, why is the money growing instead of reducing. I am tired of this battle.
