I have a payment arrangement with Edgar's and the person I had spoken to did not wish to give me a reference number... They have now listed me as a slow payer even though I am paying the pre-arranged amount... The person I spoke to even assured me that the full amount will reflect on my statement but I can pay the agreed amount and I have kept up to my word!!! I am very dissatisfied and would appreciate it if this could be investigated ASAP!!! '
