Damaged Furniture and Still Awaiting Delivery

A order was placed on the 26/08/2013 for a headboard, two pedestals and a chest of draws. Delivery was made on the 31/10/2013 with the headboard outstanding. The chest of draws was damaged and collection was done on the 5/11/2013.

To this day we have not received our headboard or repaired chest of draws. The manager is continuously in meetings and no feedback has been given on this issue. Considering the price you pay for goods at this store the customer service is ridiculous. I wont buy from Rochester again neither will any of my family or friends. I am posting this on Facebook, twitter and Google review.
