I have made payment in the amount of R990.00 on the 2nd of july 2013 at edgars colonnade. Edgards as yet to allocate that payment to my account, and proceeded to list me as a slow payer after various request to correct same. Edgars has requested proof of payment, my bank statement (private information!!!), same has been give to them more than twice already, still no one attends to correct my account! it would appear that edgars my money, and if so i would have no other choice but to proceed to issue and serve summons on edcon and open a criminal case against edcon, alternatively bring an application. Please provide me with edcons sitation in order finalize our court documents. I HAVE A DISPUTE ON MY STATEMENT!!!
