Disappointing quality products and poor service

We ordered furniture from Gramophones an Nuaticals at SARCDA2013. Lead time was 4 weeks. we only received our goods (after having paid in full) 8 weeks later. One item, a large mirror, was not delivered because they were not happy with the product. another 2 weeks and many phone calls later, we received the mirror. all looked to be in order. when we hanged the mirror, however, it was not straight and you can see it immediately. we have contacted MR VAN GRAAN who is always in a meeting 24/7. you are not allowed to speak to him. All i wanted was to discuss the matter with him. I am extremely disappointed in their poor service delivery and this is by far the worst company I ever had the misfortune of dealing with. it is now 3 weeks later and after many phone calls an emails to Mr van Graan, i am still awaiting his response. He is really portraying a weak character and his service matches it!
