Poor service, bad attitude, damaged goods

I'm very disappointed with the experience my husband and I had with pg glass Allen's Nek. My husband took a big frame to the branch and asked whether they can fit a mirror into the frame. They said yes, so my husband left it there. About a week later they came to deliver the mirror... Well surprise surprise they didn't fit the mirror into the frame, they just brought a loose mirror and the frame. I then told them I will open the front door so they can bring it in. They did not do this, they just dumped the loose mirror and my frame at the side of my house. They put the mirror outside just like that without any covering. So we brought the mirror inside and we put it down on the floor, as we put it down, a piece of mirror broke off on the edge. My husband phoned the branch and told them this is unacceptable. First they did not do the job we asked, then they deliver a mirror without one piece of newspaper or bubblewrap to protect it and then they just leave it at the side of the house!!! They came back to us saying there is nothing they can do and that they don't fit mirrors. Then why on earth did they keep our frame for a week. We paid R1500 for this bad quality mirror!!!
