I bought a double bedroom suite and double mattress base set from Joshua Doore Boksburg in June. It was delivered to my house (late and it came with no screws to assemble which then I had to wait nearly another week for the screws). Then I noticed that the mirror on the bedroom suite was not a real mirror, when I look in the mirror everything looks distorted. So I phoned the store and complained. They assured me that they would replace the mirror with a proper mirror. I waited 2 weeks and nothing happened. I phoned again to follow up and was screamed at by the sales lady who told me I was full of nonsense. I refused to accept her attitude and demanded that they replace my mirror as that was what was promised to me. Then after a long argument I was told to measure the mirror and get a quote from a glass place and she will see if she can pay for it. But I bet you that if I phone her back with the quote she will refuse to help me again. I paid a heck of a lot of money for the furniture and Joshua Doore was quick to take my money but now they wont answer for their bad quality furniture and rude employees at their stores. Someone needs to fix this problem soon as this is unacceptable.
