Yet again disappointed by Cori 3rd time unlucky!!!

Hi,

Yet again I was disappointed by the service received from Coricraft, last year Dec I bought couches and was given the wrong order and was left with credit. I decided to buy with the credit this weekend and bought a mirror at Sandton but paid for it at Design Quarter which I was told was the last one in Sandton Cori hence i paid for it then. Today I went to pick up the mirror, only to find that the mirror is damaged and this was never communicated to me when I bought the mirror on Saturday. I am so tired of speaking to the customer service people at Cori because nothing ever happens, previously I was promised a different amount for my credit but was given a different amount and settled for it, now this. I have always paid in cash for the goods bought and without fail I always get an appalling service delivery from your staff, like seriously why would I buy a broken mirror???

I need another mirror similar to the one I bought urgently or all my money given back to me today.
