I ordered a Revlon mirror from DealClick in November.By January, after numerous complaints someone finally got back to me to say my mirror is on its way. I finally received my mirror but it was broken! The lights inside were loose and the base was in bits. Yet again I informed them of my dissatisfaction, they responded and promised me a replacement. After 3 weeks I still have not gotten my replacement and neither has anyone contacted me to apologize, make arrangements for my new mirror or given me a refund. PATHETIC!!
