I've bought 3 products via Groupon, attracted by the discounted prices. The 1st item was a birthday gifts, which after several emails and calls, was delivered 2 weeks later than had been advertised. The 2nd item product suffered a similar fate. Sadly, I thought that this was unusual and not the norm. I was mistaken. I'm still awaiting delivery of my 3rd product, which had a promised delivery time of within 1 week; it's now 3 weeks on and I'm still waiting. At best, the customer service is poor, but mostly non-existent.
I've certainly learnt my lesson, no matter how good the prices, in most cases it's not worth it.
