Incredibly poor service

I ordered a number of parcels from [URL Removed] for one of the parcels not to be delivered. When following through on the various methods available to track down my parcel it revealed that the parcel had been delivered to me at 21:55 on the 10 December.

I have since then spent 72 hours speaking to different consultants and team leaders at [URL Removed] who on initial investigations all gave me different reasons why the parcel never reached me, With reasons ranging from, incorrect address, to it's still on it's way but will get to you shortly on the 10th December, yet the consultant himself is unaware that I am making the call on the 12 December (I was gobsmacked with that answer), to finally it is at the Post Office, so go pick it up there (how with no slip boggles the mind).

Each time the consultants promised to phone back but never did. I tried to get my call escalated to a supervisor or team leader but they would not take my calls but said I should leave a message. None of the two to this point in time have yet to phone me back. I have sent through two emails to the support centre explaining my challenges and have yet to get a response back from them.

What do I do now?
