Morning

On Wednesday I brought my car for the mirror change that I paid for and the job was done but the following day when I checked the car my old mirror was not there. I called your office, spoke to Jackie she told me that they have to take the mirror because it's still under maintenance plan and when I reminded her that the mirror was not covered by Jeep she said she was going to investigate and come back to me of which she didn't. The next day I called to follow up, she then told me that she was going to ask the electrician as to what happened to the mirror and come back to me. Again she did not I had to call, she told me that the technician threw the mirror away because I did not ask them to keep it. I don't understand why must I ask them to keep that mirror because they were supposed to replace it and put the old one in the car. The glass on the mirror was not broken, the problem was it could not stand by itself but it was working perfectly so I would like to have it back.
