I bought a Genesis Hydro Vac Turbo vacuum cleaner from Verimark at Makro on 29 August 2011 because of the water filtration system. Also having a 2 year guarantee made me think this product would be good. How wrong I was. After just 2 months the handle fell apart - this they kindly replaced - then the one wheel fell off - this they also replaced - then the motor gave in - this they too replaced, but when I went back the FOURTH time with the power foot, they suddenly said that the parts are not under guarantee, only the motor. BOTH the feet of this machine have now broken, so I can't even use it anymore. It is STILL under guarantee and they say I have to buy the parts now. How come they replaced them before? I am so disappointed with this machine and no longer want it. I feel I have been conned by their advertising to buy something that is NOT what they say it is. I want them to either return my money or give me a brand new machine, as I am sure I have a DUD! Unless of course they are selling totally INFERIOR products!
