Here we go again. Please look at my previous complaint in January 2013. The machine was replaced telling us after we refused and wanted our money back that it is an upgraded version. Guess what the machine does not switch on, again can we have our monies back now?
You product is pathetic.
Please contact me so that you can now advise us as you did mention that you are the senior manager and only you make those decisions. You also advised that we will not have another problem with this machine and it has a two year guarantee from the date you replaced it again, well year one has not passed.
Simply exhausted with your product.
