I bought a Genesis Hydrovac Turbo vacuum cleaner from Game. When I got home and unpacked it, it was broken, so returned it for a replacement which was no problem except inconvenience. Then after three months one of the two top plastic clips broke because the plastic is a brittle type which cracks and fractures easily. The wheels on which it rides are too small so the unit frequently topples over flooding the motor and filter, which then require opening and complete dryout. Verimark will repair it adinfinitum, but the point is, the machine is badly designed, and made out of inferior plastic which is prone to regular breakage, resulting in repeated unavailability. When I asked if we could put the value towards a better machine, it is not an option, so I would suggest anyone who is looking for a vacuum cleaner to look elsewhere, unless you like having repairs done, and when the two years is up, you throw it away.
