I have bought a phone from Game and took an insurance with it. I went away to Mozambique and my phone got lot as soon as I came back I went to the Game where I bought the phone to report it I was told I needed to fill in a form and get an affidavit which I did. The were two options of submitting the form to fax it or email it. I faxed the form in October to this day I haven't had any response I faxef it and emailed it again but received a mail bavk to say my email couldn't be delivered as their mail box was full. This is very upsetting as they have never failed to debit my accout every month.
