No reply from call centre

After entering the current competition on 11 October, I received an SMS stating I had won a prize and would be contacted within 72 hours.

On Monday 14 Oct at 08:58, I received another SMS stating that the call centre had attempted to call me with no luck. This is confusing as no calls had been received from any number at that time.

I tried calling the number three times yesterday with no luck, but instead was kept waiting for an average of three minutes each time without getting through to a consultant.

I'm not too sure how one is supposed to claim their prize if I can't get through to the contact centre.

Beacon please make a plan.
