On the 22.04.13 I faxed through my claim form and since that day I have had to call the company on daily trying to get feed back on the claim. Twice I complained and asked to speak to the call cent

I have been not been properly advised when I called, falsley been promised to be called back, to on when I would be geting the phone even the courier company Ram is playing me. This has been the worst experience and I dont wish anyone else to go through.
Still today the 22.04.2013 I haven't received a replacement to my phone.
