I have been a supporter of defy products for a number of years but this has changes dramatically over the past 2 months. My current machine is a replacement machine as the original could not be repaired as well. I logged a call about 2 months ago to which they responded and sent a technician but he said he needed a part and would come back. He came back twice but was unable to repair it onsite and it would have to be collected and taken to the workshop and I was promised the machine would be ready in a week with a reason and cost to repair. I never got a call and have had to call multiple times to find out the status but the technician is never available for comment, its unacceptable that I buy a product and expect some service from a "trusted"brand but my trust is gone and cannot buy products that don't have decent post sales support and repairs. The machine has been at the workshop for a number of weeks now but its "standing"there is the one peron in the workshop told me.
