Bought a phone at game cash in June 2013, the phone gave software problems took it to game for repairs, came back from repairs with same problems.went back for repairs and came back where they changed the mother board which means imei number has changed. They did it without notifying me and how i can claim with my insurance (edgars store) if anything should happen to this phone. I feel it's unacceptable and this is no way to give service to any customer.game said i must sort it out with Vodacom, but i bought it at game.here is some information:-)job number:9387692.please can you help me sort out this issue, because they want me to do their dirty work now, and i am the customer, and i paid 3000rand cash for this phone.insurance are difficult to work with, if this phone get lost or they will give me and not even pay me out because the phone is not in its originate form as i got it.
